Course Description

<p>This course is designed to train all STSM&#39;s and individuals identified for progression into those roles. It is designed to develop a person&rsquo;s knowledge, understanding technical skills and management skills. It is therefore particularly suited to persons required to prove their capability in these areas.&nbsp;<br /> The course consists of 3 technical modules:&nbsp;<br /> Failure &amp; Incident Testing (SFI) Level 3&nbsp;<br /> Signal Sighting&nbsp;<br /> Managing Functionally Equivalent Design&nbsp;<br /> The Leadership and Non-technical skills relating to the role are explored in scenario based discussions.<br /> &nbsp;</p>
